The conditions and the procedure admission of applicants to the social-humanitarian college of the Educational Institution “Mogilev State University named after A.A. Kuleshov ”are determined by the Rules for people receiving secondary specialized education, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 07.02.2006 №80 (as amended by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2014 №130; since 09.01.2017 №4; herein referred to as the Admission Rules for persons receiving secondary specialized education) and this Procedure.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
TO THE SOCIAL-HUMANITARIAN COLLEGE
Persons receiving free of charge education:
- based on the general basic education in the following specialties:
- 2-40 01 01 Software Information Technology
by specialization 2-40 01 01 32 System programming, qualified as a technician-programmer,
the duration of study is 3 years 10 months;
- 2-01 01 01 Pre-school education
by specialization 2-01 01 01 33 Foreign languages, qualified as a teacher of pre-school education, the duration of study is 2 years 10 months;
- 2-86 01 01 Social work
Qualification: Social work specialist
The duration of study is 2 years 10 months
- 2-89 01 01 Tourism and Hospitality
Qualification: Travel agent. Guide
The duration of study is 2 years 10 months
- based on the general secondary education in the specialty:
- 2-01 01 01 Pre-school education
by specialization 2-01 01 01 33 Foreign languages, qualified as a teacher of pre-school education, the duration of training is 1 year 10 months.
Persons receiving fee-paying education:
- based on the general basic education in the specialty:
- 2-40 01 01 Software Information Technology
by specialization 2-40 01 01 32 System programming, qualified as a technician-programmer,
the duration of study is 3 years 10 months;
- 2-01 01 01 Pre-school education
by specialization 2-01 01 01 33 Foreign languages, qualified as a teacher of pre-school education, the duration of study is 2 years 10 months;
- based on the general secondary education in the specialty:

WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons granted refugee status or asylum in the Republic of Belarus have the right to participate in the admission procedure for receiving secondary specialized education in institutions of SSEI free of charge education for the first time if only they receive this level of free of charge education based on the republican funds and (or) local budgets (further free of charge education), if they receive this level of education for the first time, or in state or private SSEI on the basis of legal persons, individual entrepreneurs, physical persons or a citizen’s own funds (further – fee-paying).
Citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing in the territory of foreign states, citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus no more than two years immediately preceding the date of their submission of documents for secondary specialized education in SSEI, foreign citizens and stateless persons granted refugee status or asylum in the Republic of Belarus, citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan have the right to participate in the admission procedure receiving secondary specialized education free of charge SSEI education based on the republican funds and (or) local budgets (further free of charge education), if they receive this level of free of charge education for the first time, or in state or private fee-paying SSEIs based on legal persons, individual entrepreneurs, physical persons or a citizen’s own funds (further fee-paying).
LIST OF DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY APPLICANTS TO THE ADMISSION COMMITTEE:
- the application addressed to the head of SSEI in the prescribed form of the Ministry of Education;
- the certificate (document) showing compulsory studied subjects and given marks (points) – officially recognized as prescribed documents in the Republic of Belarus;
- the decision of the medical board issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after a compulsory medical examination sent by SSEI) - for applicants receiving full-time education;
- a medical health report and a HIV-free certificate issued by the official health structure of the applicants’ arrived country;
- the original (copy) birth certificate;
- the original educational documents and the supplements;
- 6 photos sized 3x4 cm.
The listed documents in a foreign language must be accompanied by either Belarusian or Russian languages and notarized.
DEADLINE:
- either free of charge or paying in accordance with international agreements of the Republic of Belarus – before 3 August;
- fee-paying based on the results of the interview in the SSEI, members of which assessed the level of the language mastery through which the educational process imparted, in the amount that enough to accommodate the curriculum content of the educational program of special secondary education - by October 15.
